Salmon with Basil and Ginger Sauce

This recipe is a simple and easy recipe that is great as a main meal. It is a mix of Asian cuisine and European cuisine. The taste of ginger and garlic plus the delicious taste of the salmon. Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon hot chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 50 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped basil
  • 2 pieces salmon fillet (about 6 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

 Preparation:
  1. Add all the ingredients except the salmon and olive oil in a small bowl and mix it together so you get a paste. Take the salmon and marinate the fillets on both sides with salt.
  2. In a pan with non-stick coating on medium high heat, add the olive oil and fry the oil is hot, the salmon.
