Bow-tie Pasta with chorizo and peppers  is an easy and fast pasta recipe.

Ingredients for 4 Persons
  • 300 g farfalle (bow tie pasta)
  • 200 g chorizo ​​(a piece)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions

Preparation
  1. Cook the farfalle until al dente according to package directions. 
  2. Cut the chorizo ​​into strips. 
  3. Remove the seeds from the peppers. 
  4. Cut the peppers and carrots into pieces and chop the onion.
  5. Heat the oil and fry the chorizo ​​equally with the pepper, carrot and onion. 
  6. Add 100 ml water and the herbal paste.
