Easy oriental salmon stir fry recipe is a delicious main dish with salmon, rice and vegetables!

- 350 g pandan rice
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 200 g pods
- 2 red peppers
- 3 spring onions
- 4 tbsp liquid margarine Becel Kitchen
- 4 pieces (100g) salmon fillet
- 1 -2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation of Salmon Stir Fry:
- Boil the rice in salted water according to package directions until tender.
- Peel and slice the onion into wedges.
- Peel the garlic and press it out.
- Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- Clean the peppers and cut them into pieces.
- Clean the pods clean and cook for 3 minutes in salted water, drain and rinse under cold water.
- Clean the spring onions and cut them into diagonal slices.
- Preheat the oven grill to high.
- Heat 3½ tbsp liquid margarine in a wok and stir fry the onion with the garlic and ginger all stir 2 minutes on a medium heat.
- Add the pepper and pack them all stir over high heat with it.
- Meanwhile Brush the fish with a little liquid margarine and place in the baking dish.
- Let the fish under a preheated grill until cooked and browned.
- Add the rice, the pods and the soy sauce and stir fry everything until it is hot.
- Place the fish on the stir-fried rice and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
