Easy oriental salmon stir fry recipe is a  delicious main dish with salmon, rice and vegetables!

Ingredients:
  • 350 g pandan rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 200 g pods
  • 2 red peppers
  • 3 spring onions
  • 4 tbsp liquid margarine Becel Kitchen
  • 4 pieces (100g) salmon fillet
  • 1 -2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Preparation of Salmon Stir Fry:
  1. Boil the rice in salted water according to package directions until tender.
  2. Peel and slice the onion into wedges.
  3. Peel the garlic and press it out.
  4. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  5. Clean the peppers and cut them into pieces.
  6. Clean the pods clean and cook for 3 minutes in salted water, drain and rinse under cold water.
  7. Clean the spring onions and cut them into diagonal slices.
  8. Preheat the oven grill to high.
  9. Heat 3½ tbsp liquid margarine in a wok and stir fry the onion with the garlic and ginger all stir 2 minutes on a medium heat.
  10. Add the pepper and pack them all stir over high heat with it.
  11. Meanwhile Brush the fish with a little liquid margarine and place in the baking dish.
  12. Let the fish under a preheated grill until cooked and browned.
  13. Add the rice, the pods and the soy sauce and stir fry everything until it is hot.
  14. Place the fish on the stir-fried rice and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
