Mexican Salsa Beef Burger Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 pickle
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • Tabasco to taste
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • coriander
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 grams rundergehakt
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 grams of tortilla chips
  • 225 grams  tomato salsa
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation:
  1. Crumble the tortilla chips and mix with the meat, egg and half the tomato salsa. Add a spicy variant a little cayenne pepper and fry the bacon crispy in a frying pan. Cut the red onion into thin rings and the gherkin and tomato slices. Mix the other half of the salsa with a drop of Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise and cilantro.
