Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon hot chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 50 ml of water
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped basil
- 2 pieces salmon fillet (about 6 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients except the salmon and olive oil in a small bowl and mix it together so you get a paste. Take the salmon and marinate the fillets on both sides with salt.
- In a pan with non-stick coating on medium high heat, add the olive oil and fry the oil is hot, the salmon.
