Ingredients for 4 Persons
- 300 g farfalle (bow tie pasta)
- 200 g chorizo (a piece)
- 1 red pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
Preparation
- Cook the farfalle until al dente according to package directions.
- Cut the chorizo into strips.
- Remove the seeds from the peppers.
- Cut the peppers and carrots into pieces and chop the onion.
- Heat the oil and fry the chorizo equally with the pepper, carrot and onion.
- Add 100 ml water and the herbal paste.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring and let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir with the pasta and cook for a moment on.
