Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 ml whole milk
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 125 grams of dark chocolate
- 200 ml cream
- 8 cups of espresso
- 150 ml baileys
- grated chocolate, cocoa or chocolate flakes for garnish
Preparation:
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and leave it just does not cook.
- Add the cloves and cinnamon stick and cook about 10 minutes.
- Pour the milk through a sieve and stir in the chopped chocolate broken through until it is melted.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Put 4 glasses ready.
- Make the espresso.
- Pour two cups of espresso in each glass and 30 ml baileys.
- Then distribute the chocolate over the glass and spoon the whipped cream on top.
- Garnish the glass with grated chocolate, chocolate flakes or cocoa powder.
