- 1 packet filo
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200g goat cheese, in 12 pieces
- 100g mixed salad leaves
- 1 yellow pepper, seeds removed list, cut into strips
- 50g pumpkin seeds, toasted
- 125g small tomatoes, halved
Ingredients For Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon broth
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cup corn oil
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- Lay a sheet of dough on the work shelf and coat it with oil.
- Lay a second sheet and lubricate this.
- Cut the double slice into 6 pieces.
- Repeat with 2 more sheets of dough.
- Put a piece of cheese on each slice and make packages.
- Place the packages in an ovenproof dish and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven until they are golden brown.
- Divide the lettuce, peppers, pumpkin seeds and tomato on 4 plates.
- Put on each plate 3 packs with cheese.
- Mix in a blender all the ingredients for the dressing, except the oil.
- Then slowly add the oil until the dressing is binding.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Pour the dressing around the salad.
