- 1 pickle
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 hamburger buns
- Tabasco to taste
- 2 leaves lettuce

- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 red onion
- 200 grams rundergehakt
- 1 tomato
- 50 grams of tortilla chips
- 225 grams tomato salsa
- Salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation:
- Crumble the tortilla chips and mix with the meat, egg and half the tomato salsa. Add a spicy variant a little cayenne pepper and fry the bacon crispy in a frying pan. Cut the red onion into thin rings and the gherkin and tomato slices. Mix the other half of the salsa with a drop of Tabasco sauce, mayonnaise and cilantro.
